12. Lübeck Film Studies Kolloquium / 12th Lübeck Film Studies Colloquium
Lübeck Meetings
The Lübeck Film Studies Colloquium is a long-standing collaboration between the Nordic Film Days and the Journal of Scandinavian Cinema. Over two days, students, researchers, and film enthusiasts come together for short lectures and conversations with festival guests. This year’s theme centres on art and film, reflecting the festival’s Retrospective on painterly influences in Nordic cinema. The Colloquium is curated by Anders Marklund, senior lecturer in film studies at Lund University and primary editor of the Journal of Scandinavian Cinema, in collaboration with prof. Tobias Hochscherf, professor for audiovisual media at Kiel University of Applied Sciences and the University of Flensburg. Participants are welcome to join the full programme or attend selected sessions. Details are available on our website.
