The band Saroos brings you their inimitable, experimental sound. The musicians Florian Zimmer, Max Punktezahl, and Christoph Brandner see themselves as researchers, composers, and instrumentalists. This attitude distinguishes their music, which is characterised by an atmospheric intertwining of sound surfaces, beats, and melodies. For this extraordinary concert at the Nordic Film Days, the band is collaborating with media artist Christina Gerg, who merges digital and analogue techniques in her work and explores the interrelationship between visual language, atmosphere, and sensory perception. Her extraordinary live projections convert the InfinityDome into an immersive experiential world in which sound and image fuse. The result: a unique experience at the interface of concert, installation, and cinema.
