A cinematic action painting. As director Eino Ruutsalo said, in ‘The Jump’, the normal film sequences serve as associational links between the painted parts. The star of the normal film scenes, the little man in the story, has to execute an unending series of monotonous movements, while checking the felt shoes. His subconscious begins to rebel and the painted sequences open up a world of visual impressions.
The film will be screened as a supporting film for Windy Day
