Ølhunden Berit / A Better Man / Toxic Tom

Berit, who is in his mid-forties, works in his mother's clothing store. He is lonely, bored, and bitter, and vents his anger at the world (and especially women) by posting misogynistic comments on the Internet. When a sexist post denigrating a stand-up comedienne is traced back to him, Berit has to go into hiding – and disguises himself as a woman. His new identity opens up a new life for him. He experiences, first-hand, how the world reacts to those who are not male... Men like Berit, especially those in the United States, call themselves “incels” – “involuntary celibates”. In their eyes, the fault for their unwanted sexual abstinence lies with women. “A Better Man” uses amazing and convincing twists to show an incel the fallacies in his thought process.
