Hot air balloons become hellish beacons of tourism; the grandeur of nature is reduced to a mere backdrop for the bizarre self-presentation of visitors arriving by the busload who feed the noise on social media with the spoils of their redundant photos. In breathtaking panoramas, Yasmin van Dorp depicts a society of spectacle in which travel is precisely organised mass entertainment.
