Although Norway’s Supreme Court decided that a wind farm violates the rights of the local Sámi people, the government fails to enforce the ruling, resulting in organized resistance. Johannes Vang accompanies the indigenous activists’ ongoing protests against the authorities, diving deep into a threatened culture whose traditions give its members an iron will to fight this injustice.
The film is part of the short film programme Nordic Shorts 4: Topographies.
