All of life’s burdens expressed in artfully arranged musical numbers. Only the rats in the fast food restaurant step out of line while the fish in the hotel speak of their loneliness, the monkeys in the call centre mourn their wasted existence, and the dog in the supermarket awakens to a nightmare. Only when they sing together, their voices joining as one, does a shimmer of hope start to glow.
The film is part of the short film programme No Strings Attached – Short Puppet Animations at KOLK 17.
